Junior Motion Graphic Designer

What are we looking for?
We are looking for someone with commercial experience who is evidently passionate about motion design/editing and seeking an opportunity to showcase this. A successful candidate would demonstrate enthusiasm and a willingness to immerse yourself in a fast paced creative team to develop yourself and your craft.
This role will sit within our motion team and you could find yourself working on a variety of tasks such including; the creation of promo videos, social content, product videos, and much more.
We expect everyone in our team to proactively contribute to pushing the standards of the agency, and our client forwards. So if you have the appetite for it, this would be the ideal role for you!

Key Responsibilities:
- Create highly engaging animations for a diverse array of media
- You will interpret creative briefs and be able to recommend ideas based on the brief
- Assist in the creation of animation storyboards
- Assist in the prep of conceptual layouts for a project
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas
- Assist in selecting appropriate audio, graphic and animation styles for the project
- Encoding, converting and editing videos- adding effects/elements to enhance motion graphics
- Support the Creative Team with photo editing, bespoke illustration and icon design
- Keeping abreast of advancements in animation as well as new technologies and techniques, contemporary trends in production design and popular music to deliver cutting edge work
- Partner with the wider agency on projects big and small with optimism and enthusiasm.
