The Challenge
East of England Co-op Funeral Service know that trusting a deceased loved one to a Funeral Director is the most emotional thing a human can do.
The Idea
There will always be one item that reminds loved ones of the person who shaped their lives. Based on this insight, Refinery created Benny the Bear; a teddy who is passed from father to daughter at birth until finally playing a pivotal role at her father’s funeral with East of England Co-op Funeral Service by the daughter’s side.
The Execution
Using high-impact ITV regional spots we told the touching story of Benny the Bear. Trusted radio and local press were utilised for frequency and educational content, and social/PPC for lead generation.
