Launching a new home delivery service for a brand with 100 years’ experience.
The Challenge
East of England Co-op’s delivery through a third party, Snappy Shopper, was so successful over lockdown, they decided to launch an independent home delivery service. Refinery was challenged with creating a brand new look and feel home delivery app.
The Idea
Refinery researched East of England Co-op’s history and found they had had their own delivery service 100 years earlier. From this, we played on East of England Co-op’s heritage: how they’ve been their community’s local hero for the past century. Using humour and old-style imagery, we created charming, engaging assets to communicate the benefits of their new independent home delivery service.
The Execution
We created an informative door drop flyers for existing customers, as well as in-store assets and digital and social content.
