EGO is the number one rated battery brand for outdoor garden power equipment in the United States. Refinery was challenged with strengthening EGO’s positioning as an innovative technology leader across the UK and Europe to match its success in the US.

The Idea

As the industry leader in innovative battery technology, EGO’s Power+ system delivers petrol-matching power without any downsides and its cutting-edge 56V Arc Lithium battery technology surpasses the competition on every level. Power Beyond Belief successfully placed EGO at the top of the European consideration list alongside the two market leaders, STIHL and Husqvana.

The Execution

Refinery took an integrated, technology-first approach across TV advertising, catalogue literature, point of sale, exhibitions, press ads and social media content to strengthen EGO’s positioning.
