Extending a helping hand to those who need it this Christmas.
The Challenge
Christmas is an expensive time of year but with added pressures from the current cost-of-living crisis, how can Refinery let the people of Manchester know that The Arndale is a place of refuge they can turn to this season?
The Idea
Refinery uncovered that this Christmas, 40% of Manchester’s children will be living in poverty. Based on this insight, we decided to create a Christmas campaign with a difference. Through spoken word poetry and authentic visuals, we told Manchester’s residents that there’s something for everyone at The Arndale this Christmas.
The Execution
Refinery produced a 30-second TVC for VOD, a 60-second piece for social media as well as digital and social stills plus out-of-home advertising.
